Intui.travel is a marketplace for airport ground transport where the offers come from professional transport companies rather than from the platform itself. That produces a range most transfer sites do not attempt: on the same search you can see a shared shuttle seat, a private saloon, a business-class car, a limousine, a minibus for a group and a composite route that puts you in a car and then on a boat. If your trip is priced to the euro, or ends somewhere only reachable by ferry, that range is the reason to be here. If you want one company owning the ride end to end, this is a venue rather than an operator.

What is on the shelf

The platform states more than 12 million routes in over 175 countries, 14 years in the transfer business and more than 465,000 completed orders (checked August 2026). Shuttle bus and economy tickets start from 3 EUR, private transfers with a meet-and-greet sign from 7 EUR covering standard cars, business class, limousines and convertibles, and composite car-plus-boat or car-plus-ferry routes from 50 EUR.

That last category is the specialism worth naming. Island destinations, including Maldives hotels, are sold as one booking that chains the road leg and the water leg together, rather than leaving you to time a taxi against a boat schedule in a country you have never visited. Ski transfers to resorts and transfers for passengers with collapsible wheelchairs are handled as their own product types too.

What the price includes

Each offer carries a Details and Conditions panel that states exactly what is bundled, and the fare structure follows the tariff you pick, STANDARD or FLEXI. Included in the cost are the meeting of passengers, the trip in the selected vehicle, both legs if you booked a round trip, carriage of the passengers and luggage you specified, and all taxes and fees, parking, fuel and toll roads. Where a ferry or similar is not included, the Details and Conditions panel says so. Transport companies can attach both free and paid options to a vehicle, all visible before booking.

Waiting time is not a single platform-wide figure. Each vehicle description states how long that transport company will wait. If your flight runs later than the stated allowance, you contact the transport company directly using the phone, WeChat, WhatsApp or Viber details in your voucher, and if the flight is cancelled you can cancel the order in your account under the conditions attached to it.

Cancellation, refunds and the fees that come with them

Carriers set their own penalty-free cancellation windows, and the deadline is displayed when you select a transfer, again during booking, and again in the order details in your personal account. Cancel after it and the carrier issues no refund, so the deadline is the number to note down at booking time.

Refunds inside the free window are returned through the original payment system within 1 to 5 business days, less the processing centre's transaction fee for orders paid within the previous 180 days: 3 percent on Revolut and Alipay, 4 percent on Stripe, 4.1 percent on Paymentwall and 5.2 percent on PayPal, with no fee at all on WeChat or when the transport company itself cancels. For orders older than 180 days, or refunds routed through iDEAL or POLi, bank fees apply and are handled case by case. None of this is hidden, but it does mean the payment method you choose has a small cost attached if you later cancel (checked August 2026).

The voucher and the shuttle homework

After payment and confirmation by the transport company, the voucher arrives by email and appears in your account. It is a genuinely operational document: order number, boarding instructions for arrival and departure, diagrams showing where and how to meet, the transport company and driver names and telephone numbers, messenger contacts, conditions for carrying children, and the baggage allowance.

One duty comes with the cheap shuttle option. For shuttle transfers leaving a resort for the airport, you must confirm the exact pick-up time with the supplier no later than 48 hours before departure, and the service is not guaranteed if you do not. That is the trade for a 3 EUR seat, and it is stated plainly rather than buried.

Who it fits

Intui.travel fits budget-conscious travellers happy to share a shuttle, groups who need a minibus, and anyone whose destination involves a boat. It fits people who want the voucher to contain the driver's actual phone number and a diagram of the meeting point. The interface runs in 16 language editions and prices in over 30 currencies.

It fits less well if you want one cancellation rule to remember across every booking, or a single generous waiting allowance written into the service rather than set per vehicle. Fixed-tariff transfer operators publish both, and that predictability is what they are selling.
