The service level agreement

10Web publishes an actual SLA rather than a marketing uptime figure. It guarantees 99.9 percent uptime during each monthly billing cycle. If covered downtime exceeds 43 minutes in a month, you receive SLA credits equal to ten percent of the monthly value of your plan for each 60 minutes of covered downtime. Credits apply to future invoices rather than being paid in cash, claims must be submitted no later than the end of one monthly billing period after the affected period, and scheduled or emergency maintenance, customer-written code and third-party service failures are excluded.

Who it fits

10Web suits someone who wants the builder and the hosting from one vendor, on WordPress, with the performance work already automated. Agencies get the strongest version of this: 20 sites on one plan, white-label branding on the dashboard and domain, and client billing through Stripe or PayPal.

If you already run infrastructure you control and only want the generation step, the standalone Booster works on any host and a separate builder may suit you better.
