Mega Deal is a directory of high-ticket affiliate programs. We do not sell any of the products listed here and we are not a party to anything you buy from them. These terms say what that means in practice, in the order that actually matters to you.
Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the site is free to leave.

How we are paid, and where the money changes what you see
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That is how the site is funded, and it is the first thing on this page because it is the thing you most need to know.
Not every link pays us. Of the 731 programs listed here, 69 currently carry a partner tracking link; the other 662 go straight to the vendor and earn us nothing. We list them anyway, because a directory with holes cut into it for commercial reasons is not a directory.
Paid placement exists and is a separate thing. A vendor can pay for a listing or a featured slot through the "Submit tool" form. Paying buys placement — where a listing appears — not what we say about it, and it never removes the disclosure. A commission does not decide whether a program gets listed, and we do not remove a listing because a competitor paid us.
How far you can rely on the program data
Commission rates, payout terms, prices and feature lists are compiled from public sources, partly by scripts, and they go stale. Vendors change their terms without telling us.
Some of what we record is inferred rather than confirmed. Where we can, we mark which is which: the network pages and the affiliate networks page label every record confirmed or inferred. Treat an inferred record as a lead to check, not as a fact.
We have also found pages on this site that contradict themselves — a figure in the page title that does not match the figure in the body. We fix those when we find them, and we would rather you heard it here than discovered it yourself. Until you have checked, the vendor’s own page wins over ours.
So: verify with the vendor before you sign up, apply or pay. We do not warrant that anything here is accurate, current or complete, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
How the articles are written
Most articles on this site are drafted by AI from our own program data and then reviewed before they are published. Nothing goes out straight from a model — the job that used to publish automatically is switched off, and it was switched off because it produced duplicates nobody had read.
They will still contain mistakes. The section above applies to them exactly as it applies to the listings.
What you may and may not do here
- Reading it, linking to it, and quoting a reasonable amount of it with attribution: fine.
- Bulk-scraping the directory or republishing it as your own: not fine.
- Automated requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people: not fine.
- Anything that misrepresents your relationship with us, or that presents our data as verified when we have marked it inferred: not fine.
Other people’s sites
Once you follow an outbound link you are on someone else’s site, under their terms and their privacy policy. We do not control those sites, we do not vet them continuously, and we are not responsible for what happens on them.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties, as far as the law where you are allows that. We are not liable for a decision you made on the basis of a listing or an article here. Nothing in this paragraph is trying to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
What this page does not settle
We have not named a governing law or a forum for disputes here, because we would be guessing at it. A sentence pasted from another site would not make it true. If it ever needs settling, it gets settled properly and this page gets updated.
